 Queens Bath.

Described as the single most beautiful piece of architecture in kandy, the queens bath is situated partly in the water of the kandy lake. It is said to have been used by the wives of sri wichkrama rajasingha, the last ling of kandy. The british added another storey and the building went through many uses: a library crowded lawyers: offices and later as a police station it is now in the process of being restored to its former beauty.
